Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Store Pickup: Free instant pickup is available at our flagship store at 8/210, Khalasi Line, Arya Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208002 during opening hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

• Local Kanpur Delivery: Same-day or next-day local delivery is arranged for addresses within municipal limits via local delivery partners. Delivery fees are shared transparently on WhatsApp based on distance.

• Coverage: We dispatch freshly packed namkeens and farsan across Uttar Pradesh and all major Indian cities via reputable courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post).

• Estimated Timelines: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery pincode.

• Tracking: Courier airway bill (AWB) tracking numbers and parcel tracking links are shared directly on WhatsApp upon parcel handover.

Because traditional farsan packages are high-volume and lightweight, shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric parcel weight and delivery pincode according to courier tariff charts. Final shipping charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment is collected.

All snacks are packed in food-grade, airtight, moisture-resistant packaging with corrugated outer protective boxes to prevent crushing and maintain authentic Gujarati crispness during transit.
