Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to packing and courier handover by messaging our team on official WhatsApp (+91 9794031047).

• After Handover: Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier partner and an AWB is generated, the order cannot be cancelled in transit.

In compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and general health hygiene standards, edible food products cannot be returned or restocked once delivered and opened.

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your package arrives damaged, punctured, or with an incorrect item:

1. Inspect the parcel upon receipt.

2. Send clear photographs or an unboxing video to our official WhatsApp (+91 9794031047) within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Our team will verify the claim and immediately arrange a free replacement parcel or process a direct UPI/bank refund within 2 to 3 business days.

Approved refunds are credited directly to the customer's original payment mode (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Bank Account). Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of verification.
